BD 45 cold press machine

BD 45 cold press machine designed and manufactured for organic stores in the capacity of 8 kg seeds per hour (200 kg seeds in 24 hours). It can extract oil from almost any soft and hard seeds. This oil extractor is equipped with the powerful Yilmaz motor gearbox, digital motor speed controller (inverter), digital temperature control unit and automatic turn-off device. All the cylinder parts, crusher, and screw are made of alloy steels hardened up to 60 RC.
BD 45 cold press machine is also equipped with a 40 kg large hoper in addition to a small transparent hoper, cooling fan for motor, stainless steel nice body cover, and chassis.

This cold press oil machine has an intelligent automatic turn-off device that allows the user to leave the machine when it is working so that when the seeds finish or any problem occurs in oil extraction, the machine stops automatically.
BD 45 expeller is manufactured under ISO9001 quality management standard and has CE European safety standard.
